The cosmetology license calls for 600 hrs of schooling i guess, but can that be all makeup schooling and not esthetician? They lady made it seem like i had to learn esthetician first then a LITTLE makeup. The basics which is applying it all for $11,550. (too much) but can i just go to somewhere like Cinema Make-up School and go 600hrs of just make-up?
